To better serve Central Oregon, Bend Dutch Rentals was acquired to expand our hybrid leasing model to tenants who are in need of more flexible lease terms. Horizon’s hybrid leasing offers customers stays as short as 31 days and as long as 12 months. Providing this flexibility allows Homeowners to maximize their rental income and maintain flexibility.
