Note on Final Payment:
If you have paid your deposit by credit card the balance will be charged
on the due date. If you would like to use a different card or pay by check
you will need to contact the office BEFORE THE DUE DATE. When you are paid
in full we will send the address, directions & lock box combination
for the home you have reserved. CHECK-IN 4:00PM, CHECK-OUT 11:AM.
CANCELLATION: 14 days prior to arrival may receive full refund less $50
cancel fee. Within 14 days may receive 50% refund less $50 cancel fee
Within 7 days will not receive a refund. Partial cancellation during a
minimum stay period will be charged for full stay or cancelled.

Our homes are fully furnished and include linens, towels and cookware.
We provide all paper products, garbage bags, hand and bath soap.
We do not provide shampoo, spices or firewood. All homes are stocked prior to your arrival.
We do not replenish products during your stay.
Please bring your own beach towels.
We will clean the home after your departure.
2) Check in/ Check out policy: Check in time is 4:00pm.
Check out time is 11:00am. Due
to the large area our housekeeping staff maintains, we are unable to offer any early check ins or late check
outs.
3) Occupancy and Car Limit policy: Maximum occupancy (which includes children) is not
negotiable. If guests or
cars exceed the limits you will be asked to leave and you will not
receive a refund. Maximum
occupancy rules apply day and night.
Courtesy and respect for your neighbors must be observed at all
times.
We do not allow weddings or wedding receptions at our rental
properties, without prior approval.
4) We require one night’s lodging to hold a reservation.
The balance is due two weeks prior to your arrival.
The balance will include the remainder of the lodging, the
cleaning fee, the reservation fee and any lodging tax.
You may pay with a personal check or by credit card.
We do not allow payment on arrival.
If booking within 14 days of arrival, payment must be by credit
card. ALL ONLINE
RESERVATIONS REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING.
5) After we have received
your full payment we will provide you with the address, phone number,
lockbox combination and directions to the home you have rented.
The keys to the home will be in a 3 letter combination lockbox on
or near the front door. The
keys are removed from the box between reservations.
You may arrive anytime after 4:00pm.
We maintain a 24 hour answering service should you encounter any
problems at arrival. However,
after hours response is limited to emergencies only.
6) Cancellation policy: Cancellations
made 14 days prior to the arrival date may receive a full refund less a
$50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations
made within 14 days of the arrival date may receive a 50% refund, less $50.00.
Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will not receive a refund. Canceling
a portion of a reservation for dates that require a minimum stay, you
will be charged the full cost of the original reservation or will be
completely cancelled.
7) All homes have a two
night minimum except holidays which vary.
Off season specials are available,
dates vary from year to year.
8) We rent to adults over
the age of 25 and families only. No
teens or college parties are allowed. Horizon reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Horizon
reserves the right to charge your credit card account for theft, damage
and excessive cleaning.
PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
9) Guests agree to hold
the agent and homeowners free and clear of responsibility for damages to
self and or property resulting in accident, injury or loss due to
weather, acts of God or any other reason.
10) Pets allowed
only in homes designated as "pet
friendly". Outside smoking only
please. Please pick up the
cigarette butts.
