Q.) Is there a minimum stay requirement for your homes?

A.) Yes, please view our minimum stay requirements page here

Q.) What is a security deposit?

A.) The security deposit is to protect Horizon rentals and the homeowner against theft or damage. Deposits will be returned within 14 days of departure. Credit cards are also accepted

Q.) How will I locate and enter the rental home?

A.) When you have paid in full, you will receive directions and a combination to a key box located at the house. You will go directly to the rental. If you need assistance, please call.

Q.) What are the check-in and check out times?

A.) Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am

Q.) What am I required to do before departing?

A.) Please lock all doors and windows. Close all curtains and return the keys to the lock box. If your home is equipped with a dishwasher, please load and start.

Q.) What are the payment and cancellation policies?

A.) Our office is located at 1225 S.E. First Street in Lincoln City. Turn east at the traffic light at the D' River Wayside, down one block on the left. Our local phone number is 994-2226.

Horizon offers oceanfront, ocean view, lakefront and mountain view homes and condos in Lincoln and Tillamook Counties that will accommodate from 2 to 25 guests.
