requirement for your homes?

Q.) What is a security deposit?
A.) The security deposit is to
protect Horizon rentals and the homeowner against theft or damage.
Deposits will be returned within 14 days of departure. Credit cards are
also accepted
Q.) How will I locate and enter
the rental home?
A.) When you have paid in full, you
will receive directions and a combination to a key box located at the
house. You will go directly to the rental. If you need assistance,
please call.
Q.) What are the check-in and
check out times?
A.) Check-in is at 4:00pm and
check-out is at 11:00am
Q.) What am I required to do
before departing? A.)
Please lock all doors and windows. Close all curtains and return the
keys to the lock box. If your home is equipped with a dishwasher, please
load and start. Q.) What are
the payment and cancellation policies? A.)
